Article updated at 5:17 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013. An autopsy has revealed new information about a two-month-old girl that died Sunday after being found unresponsive at her Chicago Heights home. The cause of Danae Billups' death appears to be suffocation and the death appears to be accidental, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office determined Monday, pending further tests. Chicago Heights Fire Department paramedics attempted to render aid at the home before transporting Billups to St. James Hospital, according to police. She was pronounced dead on arrival at St. James Hospital in Chicago Heights just after noon on Sunday, according to the report.
