FRIDAY, JAN. 11 On Jan. 11, An employee at Dunkin' Donuts on 14th Street called police and said a man was sleeping inside the business. When police arrived the man had already left the building, according to the report. Police then saw the man standing about five feet away from Lincoln Highway with the front of his pants down, urinating towards traffic, according to the report. Munoz, 29, of the 300 block of West 15th Place, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he sped through multiple intersections, ignoring stop signs with police pursuing him, according to the report.
