Description Pastors Brian & Carla O'Neil have been married for almost 30 years and together have pastored Christian Concepts International Ministries for more than a decade. The two cornerstones of this ministry are building strong families and developing leaders. Pastors Brian & Carla have served in ministry for over 20 years. They are the parents of 5 adult children and 11 grandchildren.
