Sometimes I think my life is a fairy tale.  I am blessed to have found my soul mate early in life, and now I am happily married to my best friend. I have two amazing daughters, age 10 and 4, who teach me more about life than I would have ever thought possible.

I love to help people get the most out of their life by promoting healthy lifestyles.  Particularly with women, I like to take the focus off the number on the scale and focus on nutrition and activity that help them feel good about themselves, and improves their overall quality of life.
