Two different websites list Carlo's Restaurant, 560 W. Lincoln Highway, as for sale. The listings encourage potential buyers to not speak with staff about the sale and tout 'loyal customers,' and the current owner's willingness to train new owners.
Carlo’s Restaurant is for sale.
The restaurant, which specializes in traditional Italian and American-style foods, is currently listed as "for sale" on two different websites—with a price tag of nearly $1.3 million.
Both websites, cityfeet.com and loopnet.com, state that the listings are confidential and that potential buyers should not speak with any employees about a potential sale.

The listings continue by stating that the sale would include all of the restaurant’s inventory, equipment, recipes and full liquor license.
Calls to Carlo’s went unreturned.
